Members will receive a motion to be on the Agenda at the NZIF AGM in Christchurch proposing the replacement of the current Articles of Association with a set of Rules to govern the operation of NZIF. The motion will be accompanied by the proposed rules and an explanatory memorandum setting out the reasons for the motion and describing the changes proposed.

So that Members can be better informed about the proposal, before arriving at the AGM (and for those unable to attend the AGM) we are arranging meetings, in conjunction with local section committees.

At each meeting I will make a presentation on the proposal, answer questions and receive feedback. It is also an opportunity to talk about other NZIF business.
