An Update of Changes to ETS Legislation
Speaker: Sarah Pitcher-Campbell, Programmes Advisor, MAF, Rotorua.
Sarah will describe changes made to the ETS by amendments passed (slightly controversially) in December 2009. She will also describe progress with the further ETS decisions.
Auditing Your ETS Records
Speaker: Amy Smith, Senior Compliance Officer, MAF, Rotorua
Amy will present an outline of policies for auditing the ETS records of consultants and participants, and provide an insight in the processing of some of the applications.
